At Amicus Technology Services Inc. ("Amicus," "we," "our," or "us"), we are committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and proprietary integrity of our customers and website visitors. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, and safeguard information across the Amicus Web Assistant™ platform, amicusweb.dev, amicus-technology.net, and the underlying WebDaaS™ infrastructure.
We collect only the information necessary to deliver enterprise-grade autonomous web engineering services:
We value proprietary client data. Client code, project architecture, prompts, and synthesized components are NEVER used to train public or foundational third-party AI models. All interactions with underlying inference endpoints adhere to enterprise zero-data-retention standards with complete isolation.
You own 100% of the code, components, and assets generated by Amicus Web Assistant™. We claim zero rights, licensing encumbrances, or royalties over your synthesized deliverables.
All platform communications are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 Strict Transport Security and encrypted at rest using AES-256 GCM. Code changes, deployments, and systemic operations are timestamped with cryptographic SHA-256 hashes to guarantee provenance and audit integrity.
Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), CCPA, and GDPR, users have the right to request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of their personal data. Requests can be submitted directly to our Data Protection Officer at admin@amicus-technology.net.
