Terms of Service & Service Level Agreement

Corporate Binding Agreement: These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer" or "User") and Amicus Technology Services Inc., a Texas corporation with registered offices at 5900 Balcones Drive, STE 100, Austin, TX 78731 and operational facilities in Red Oak, TX.

1. Ownership of Synthesized Code & Intellectual Property

Customer Code Ownership: The Customer retains sole, exclusive, and unencumbered ownership of all source code, software components, layouts, and assets synthesized or modified by the System for Customer projects. Amicus Technology Services Inc. claims zero ownership or royalties over Customer code deliverables.

Amicus Platform IP: The Amicus Web Assistant™ service, platform, documentation, underlying heuristics, AST synthesis engines, and WebDaaS™ delivery framework (collectively, the "System") remain the proprietary intellectual property of Amicus Technology Services Inc., protected by U.S. and international copyright, trade secret, and patent-pending laws.

2. Commercial Subscriptions & Express Payments

Access to the System is provided via monthly or annual subscription plans (Developer, Pro Agency & Team, and Enterprise Dedicated). Authorized payment channels include Link by Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and major credit cards. All subscriptions carry a 14-day risk-free satisfaction guarantee.

3. 99.99% Enterprise Uptime & Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Amicus Technology Services Inc. commits to maintaining a 99.99% monthly service availability for all production API gateways and orchestration pipelines, backed by automated multi-region failover and continuous health monitoring.

4. Acceptable Use & Security Protections

Customer agrees not to:

Reverse engineer or decompile proprietary weights or core orchestration mechanisms;
Bypass or tamper with cryptographic watermarks, provenance logs, or API gateway rate limits;
Deploy or generate unlawful, malicious, or intentionally harmful code payloads through the System.

5. Commercial Insurance & Liability Cap

Amicus Technology Services Inc. maintains comprehensive commercial insurance policies including $2,000,000 Technology Errors & Omissions Coverage and $1,000,000 Cyber Liability Coverage with top-tier underwriters.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Texas and the federal laws of the United States. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County or Travis County, Texas.
